Birthday Wishes PTI blog hop

This month's theme for the blog hop was to make a birthday card, which is perfect because I have lots of cards to be sent out, so here is one that I'm showing today.  I first picked out my colors, white, ocean tides, raspberry fizz and a little Basic Grey dp mixed in.  The swirly flourishy vines from the With Sympathy set, fit perfectly with the sketch I had in mind, so I stamped the vine in Fresh Snow.
On a separate sheet of paper I stamped the butterflies, also from the With Sympathy set, cut them out and popped them up with dimensionals.  After I popped them up and they were in place I went over the butterflies with Stickles.
The sentiment "birthday wishes," is from last years Anniversary Set
"Birthday Wishes"
Supplies used:
PTI With Sympathy & Anniversary stamp sets
Ocean Tides & Stampers select white paper
Basic Grey Bittersweet dp
Ocean Tides satin ribbon
Fresh Snow & Raspberry Fizz ink
foofala button, twine
Martha Stewart border punch, glue dots, brads, Stickles
