Lawn Fawn & Punky Sprouts mini album

Image
This past fall, my daughter like many High School students out there, went to a Homecoming Dance.  She went with a group of girlfriends, they all ended up staying the night, eating, chatting and actually scrapbooking.  While they were at the dance, I had pictures developed, so when they returned their pictures were sitting on top of new scrapbooks.  It was a fun night for sure. Well, my daughter still has not put her pictures into her scrapbook lol.  So when Punky Sprouts sent us these mini albums, I knew right away that I was going to use some of the pictures from Homecoming.  Kendall turned 17 yesterday, so it was a perfect time to give it to her.  Kendall loves the colors blue and green, so using the Daphne's Closet line of paper and stickers was a perfect fit. Here is what the album looks like from the front.  I am using the Soul Sprout mini album . For this page, I used the Feather Turquoise Narrator Stickers , Daphne's Closet Element Stickers , a lace doily (

Lawn Fawn: Happy Easter

Image
Today, I get to share a super cute card using the stamp set called, Happy Easter from Lawn Fawn.  I picked a few papers from the Daphne's Closet line, because they seem so happy, and have a spring feel.  Kind of like that pretty Robins Egg blue color.  So after I chose the papers I wanted to work with, I die cut white cardstock using a circle die template from Spellbinders.  Once cut/embossed, I stamped my cute little easter scene.  I grabbed some Copic Markers, that coordinated well with my pattern paper, and colored in my images.  Before I adhered the die cut with foam squares to my card, I added some pink satin ribbon, stamped my sentiment and rounded the corners.  This card measures 4 1/4 x 4 1/4. Head on over to the Lawn Fawn Blog for more Happy Easter projects, and for a giveaway as well. Happy Birthday Gina!!! The woman behind Gina K Stamps, in real life, is one incredible woman.  Integrity, loyal and lovely come to mind when trying to describe her.  She is a gem, and I am so happy I get to design for her company. Help me wish her a very Happy Birthday!  Along with a few of my friends!  I hear a few of them "may" be giving away some Happy Birthday Blog Candy.
