Thank You

Hi there! Sometimes I like to shake things up, do things other than a card. Today I have a muslin bag, that I stamped on. So fun! So, I stamped onto the bag using black ink and my MISTI tool.  I did this several times, and I did create a mask so that the stamping was seamless for the bigger stamp.  The stars were colored in using Alcohol markers.   Inside the bag is a wine opener. Then I attached it with some twine to a wine bottle and voila, the perfect gift!   Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog ! They are having their June inspiration week, and today is all about the How You Been Stars add on !

Happy Thanksgiving

Today I am sharing a decorated kraft flat bag (glassine bag).  This is a different way to store a card, give a gift card, put candy into. There are multiple ways to use them. Using the Perfectly Plaid chill paper, I trimmed and scored paper. Then created a paper rosette with them. Adhered a pattern paper circle on top, and then layered a stamped circle as well, with colored in pumpkins.  A strip of pattern paper, was adhered to the bottom of the bag, the sentiment was stamped in black ink, as well as the pumpkin. The pumpkin was colored in using copic markers as well. Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog , to see how the other designers used this paper collection!

Hello friends! How is it the middle of September?  I saw someone the other day talking about only around 100-ish days until Christmas.  I was silently thinking, I just need to get through hurricane season lol.  Anyhow, Lawn Fawn has this cute little die called the Tiny Gift Box. You can create the boxes using pattern paper, or plain cardstock, whatever your preference is.  I die cut white cardstock, and then stamped images onto the die cut before adhering the box together. I enjoy customizing projects, especially for seasons.  Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog , to see all of the wonderful projects using this die set! 1. Die cut white card stock using the tiny gift box die. 2. Stamp images onto the die cut 3. Color in the images. 4. Adhere the box together using a strong adhesive. 5. Tie twine bow, adhere to the box. Quick & Easy Gift Cards

I needed a few super easy gift cards, to give to my children.  I do not get them Easter baskets anymore, just their favorite candies, maybe a small gift and then gift cards. I used a gift card die template for my projects, you don't even need to find a way to enclose them, because they latch shut. I used some Fancy Pants Designs pattern paper & stickers from Everyday Circus and Burlap & Bouquets .  The sticker sheets have a ton of different alphabet fonts, and great little elements that made decorating these gift cards so very easy.
