I Sea It's Your Birthday

Sometimes when I get a mini set, I try and make a large card just using it. Its fantastic that Lawn Fawn stamps can coordinate and elevate each other, but thinking about the new customer, I wonder maybe this is their first set. How can I used just this stamp set? Here are two cards using this mini set called Seahorsin' Around, without using another stamp set.  The above card is new, and was stamped, then colored in with copic markers, and the card below was stamped and then colored in with watercolors.  Head on over to the Lawn Fawn Blog , to see how the designers used the two mini stamp sets being shown today!

Blooming Hello

Hello friends! Today Technique Tuesday is having a fun blog hop showcasing the June release.  I used the Blooming Branches stamp set, stamped it several times onto watercolor paper using a light tan/yellow ink. Then watercolored the images using Daniel Smith watercolor pigments. The "hello" sentiment was stamped in black ink onto watercolor paper and then adhered to the panel using foam adhesive.  Here is the complete blog list of all the designers showing off new stamps and dies Seeka Norine Borys Jung AhSang   Emily Leiphart  Kymona Tracey   Dana Kirby   Nathalie DeSousa   Amy Kolling   Ana Anderson   Latisha Yoast   (here) Natasha Kara   Allison Arbour   Sheree Forcier   Yasmin Diaz

You Did It!

Hello friends! This is Day 2 of the Technique Tuesday release for May. The stamp set I am sneak peeking today, is called Congrats Grad .   Since this is the time college and high school students are graduating, this is the perfect set to mass produce congratulations cards.  It has bold sentiments and easy to color, lined images.  Or, they can be stamped without being colored in. For this card, I stamped everything in a permanent black ink, then colored in the images with water colors.  Once the panel was dry, I die cut the paper using a square diecut.  The diecut was adhered to the card front using foam adhesive, then embellished with twine and nuvo drops. Head on over to the Technique Tuesday blog to see the reveal of this stamp set!
