Lawn Fawn: Large Stitched Journaling Card

Image
Today, I am sharing a fun and quick project I made, using the Large Stitched Journaling Card die set, from Lawn Fawn.  Whether you call it Pocket Scrapbooking or Project Life, this set is soooo perfect!  Since it is a metal die set, you will need some type of die cut machine to use the dies.  This set will allow you to customize your pocket scrapbooking pages to your liking, instead of being tethered to a pre made set.  I love all of the possibilities I can do! Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog , to see more inspiration using this great new die set, also leave a comment for a chance to win as well! Lawn Fawn: Critters From the Past

Image
Welcome to the April Inspiration Week over at Lawn Fawn.  Today, the designers are showcasing a stamp set called Critters from The Past.  The critters sets, are always so cute, and very popular.  I love all of the dinosaurs in this set.  It reminds me of when my children were little and completely obsessed with dinosaurs. Today, I decided to made a tag using the Tag You're It Lawn Cuts, using some Let's Polka pattern paper, as well as the Birthday Tags stamp set.  I really love layering tags together, it gives the project a little extra depth not to mention the pop of green. Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog , for more inspiration using this set.  Make to leave a comment for a chance to win this set too!

Lawn Fawn: Peace Joy Collection

Image
Today I am sharing a card using the Lawn Fawn, Peace Joy Love paper collection.  For a chance to win this pattern paper collection.  Head on over to the Lawn Fawn blog for a chance to win and see more inspiration using this line of paper. The strips of paper, are actually from the bottoms of the sheets of paper (where the name is).  Lawn Fawn always has such great patterns and sentiments along that tab, that it is hard for me to throw away. So I used them on this card.  The "be merry" circle, is from a tag, on a sheet of Peace Joy paper.  I decided to cut it out, and use it as my focal sentiment.  For embellishments, I added some Peace Joy Love sequins.

Kreate-a-lope Blog Hop

Image
Today a few friends and I are having some fun with a cool product called the Kreate-a-lope®. It's an envelope template that does not require scissors, tracing, or measuring of any kind and it was created by Nick Romer. Nick is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to relaunch the Kreate-a-lope® and raise funds and awareness for this must-see tool. If you want to support the campaign, you can see a short video and learn more here: http://www.greensneakers.com/ kick2  or you can visit his site, GreenSneakers.com. Using the templates, I made a few different sized envelopes, a 5x5, A2 & a Money-velope.  I was a little skeptical at first, but they really were so easy to use, and I didn't need to look at the directions to see if I was doing it right (which is a good thing) .   The templates are quite thick, so it was quite easy to tear the paper along the edges.  I'm so excited to start making coordinating envelopes to match my cards now. Here are the fro...
