Flourishes Release, Wreath sneak peek

Today I get to show you a sneak peek of a new stamp set being released on Friday (9-11-09), its a wreath set and its so cool!! The wreath shown today is made out of ornaments. I wanted to make a Christmas card using non-traditional holiday colors (usually red & green), so I used a sheet of Holly Jolly 6 x 6 paper from Cosmo Cricket and went from there. The sentiment was stamped onto Bazzill card stock and then cut an embossed using a Fancy Tags die from Spellbinders. I stamped the image in Palette Noir black ink, then colored in the wreath using The Water Collection of Copic markers.
Would you like to win this stamp set? If so head on over to the Flourishes Newsletter, they are having a one day only blog candy to win this set.
"warm wishes"
The design team is showing two stamps sets today, for more peeks take a little blog stroll

A person winds up making so many Christmas cards every year, you just have to go with something a little different once in a while. These colors are great. The ribbon is gorgeous, and I especially love how it's tucked behind the sentiment tag. Really a cute card, Latisha!
