Nutcracker sneak

Well, hello October, so very nice of you to sneak up on me. Today I'm showing you a peek at one of the new stamp sets Flourishes is releasing on Friday, I can't remember the exact name, but there are Nutcracker images in the set. This is a really clean card, I did a lot of coloring on the Nutcracker and I wanted that to be the focus. This is a really neat and different Christmas set, with a few lovely sentiments. Be sure to head on over to the Flourishes Newsletter, the blogger team is showcasing two sets today and their cards are STUNNING, I'm almost ashamed to show this card, because their cards put mine to shame (seriously). Head on over there, I believe they are having a sketch challenge that looks like fun. Also, there are 6 stamp sets being released this month, be sure to play along with the Season of Sparkle challenge for your chance to win all 6 releases!!
"play for him"
The SR design team is playing along today too...check them out!!

The neutral base really does allow the nutcracker to be the focus with his bold colors, lovely!
