quick and easy Mother's Day card

Holy moly Mother's Day is this weekend!  I have not mailed out any cards yet, or really made any...oops.  Its better late than never right?!?  This is a really clean and simple card, to be honest I made it when we got home after the Cinco de Mayo party we went to.  I couldn't really get into making a card, so I went the simple route.  Plus I have a ton of Mother's Day cards to send out, and that means I can't spend too much time fussing over the design.  The card base is chocolate chip as well as the grosgrain ribbon, the strips of designer paper are from Crate Paper.  The stars were cut out using a CM star punch, I added a button and twine to tie the card all together.
Thats all from me today.  Have a great Wednesday!  Its has been in the 90's the last couple of days, I can't imagine how hot the summer is going to be.  I'm not complaining, I actually enjoy the heat and humid weather, I just don't like being at the baseball fields for 3-4 hours when its this hot lol.
