DIY Topiaries, May release Day 2

Boy are you in for a treat today, I'm showing a sneak of DIY Topiaries.  I LOVE this set, you can mix and match how you want your topiaries to look like.  For this first card, I did a lot of masking using eclipse tape (really is the bomb) and created a little scene using the roses.  I colored in the images using Copic markers and then I sponged around the edge of the paper, just to give it a little tiny distressed look.  Again I used the black lace that Flourishes sells, I couldn't help myself, I just love that stuff.  The sentiment is from the Home Tweet Home set.  If you would like to win this stamp set, head on over to the Flourishes Newsletter, they are having a one day only blog candy.
"home tweet home"
For this second card, its a bit more clean and simple.  I stamped the topiary, colored it in with Copic markers, cut the topiary out, and then popped it up with foam tape.  Before I adhered the topiary, I put the cream lace and black ribbon at the bottom of the card and stamped the sentiment on the right hand side (sentiment is from Sweet Violets).
"thank you"
