Glittered Damask

Today's technique lovers challenge (tlc186) over on SCS, is to use a background stamp and put glitter on it.  This is my preferred way of getting this look~
1.  Stamp image with Versamark
2.  apply heat and stick powder (SU)
3.  Heat emboss
4.  Apply Dazzling Diamonds its a fine glitter by Stampin up (you can use whatever kind)
5.  Heat emboss again to set it.

It makes a dramatic statement and really gives your card that Wow effect, it doesn't take that long to do.
