swaps

I hosted my first swap, you have to be pretty organized & have a helper when you go to the post office to make it run smooth.  Here is one of my cards that I did, its pretty similar to one I made a few days ago.  The swap was a Flourishes swap, so we had to use those images on our cards.  This image is from Summer on the Patio.  The owners of Flourishes sent me tons of their May Arts ribbon that they sell, to put in with the swaps.  Let me tell you I just wanted to roll around in the ribbon and keep it for myself, but I was a good girl and sent it out with the swaps.

On a side note something is wrong with our Desk top computer so that has made the last few days really tough to try and get the kids through their lessons (I homeschool).  We have a lap top and another PC in storage, but I have to be able to print off of that computer and we need two of them so the kids can be working at the same time.  Needless to say its been a long week and since we are down one computer my kids have to do a few lessons this weekend.  Hopefully my hubby can figure out the problem.
