Speech Bubbles

My blog post never went live yesterday, so I am combining two cards in one today.
First up is a new backdrop from Lawn Fawn called Speech Bubble Backdrop. Its a die where the edge is stitched but the speech bubbles get die cut. I chose to remove the bubbles and then watercolor them in light pink, orange and yellow. There is another speech bubble die, where the inside speech bubbles are stitched and do not get cut out. I am just putting it out there so you know there are two choices!  The little cute dog is a new stamp, and can be found in the Say What? Pets. Over on the Lawn Fawn blog, you can see the different dies and new stamps and how they are used on projects.

In the speech bubble theme. There are also two new die sets, Stitched Speech Bubble (used above) and Outside In Speech Bubble (where you get a frame). This watercolor paper was diecut using a Speech Bubble die. The peacock and sentiments were stamped in black and mermaid, then colored in using watercolors. The base of the card was stamped using the star and party hat in a clear ink. The peacock and sentiments are from a new stamp set called Peacock Before and Afters.

There are sooo, so many beautiful cards on the Lawn Fawn blog this week, if you have time go and check them out!
