Card set using Say Cheese from Lawn Fawn

Hello there!
Do you have any exciting plans for the weekend?  I think I may go visit with a girlfriend one day, and the rest of this weekend I plan on trying to relax and get a little creative time in.  It is supposed to rain all weekend, so most likely I will just want to lounge around and read if I'm being completely honest lol.

A few months ago, I posted a few of our OP-Love photo shoot pictures on my blog.  Well the amazing photographer who took those pictures, is celebrating another year in business, so I made this card set for her to give away, for her anniversary celebration.  I also am giving away a custom 10 piece notecard set. I do not mass produce very often, only for special occasions like this.

Since it is nice and hot, and I do live in Florida, I wanted warm relaxing colors to work with.  When I think of Florida, for some reason I think of yellow and ocean blue, maybe because they are calming?
Anyhow, I thought since these cards were for a photographer to give away, I knew the Say Cheese set from Lawn Fawn was the perfect fit for these cards.  The camera was stamped in Memento ink, colored in with Copic markers, cut out, an adhered to the card using foam tape.  Each card is 3 x 6 inches, & one of the bottom corners of the card is rounded, just to soften it up just a little, and for you eye to be completely drawn from left to right.  I had some of these cute envelopes hanging around, so I stamped the little camera on them, so they would be a little more matchy matchy...if I was thinking, I should have used the big polaroid camera stamp, and stamped it with versa mark onto the envelopes...that would look really cool!  Maybe I will have to do that!
Have a great weekend!
