Feeling better!

Hooray, I am finally on the mend.
I really, really dislike getting sick, but unfortunately that is part of life.
On a different note, my husband made it home the other night.  He was stuck in Virginia for a few extra days due to a winter storm, then his aircraft had a few hiccups.  He landed around 6:30pm, drove home super uber fast, we changed and somehow made it (although late) to the Ward room Christmas dinner/party.  We arrived after dinner was served, so I had a few drinks instead, while some of the speeches we given.  Jess will be deploying in the New Year, so this will be an extra special Christmas for my little family.  His parents are visiting us this week, we will get a two day respite, then my Father will visit for a week.  Very busy, however my children are loving the company.
Today, I plan on crafting the day away, so I will have some fun new things to show in the next day or two.
I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season so far!
Here is a picture of Jess and I at his Christmas party.
