I didn't put a sentiment on this card on purpose.  Sometimes I just need a card, whether it is for a birthday, anniversary, celebration, whatever the occasion, it is nice to just write the sentiment inside, or add it when you need it.  This is a girly card for sure, I used, pinks, reds and creams, those colors together just make me happy.  I colored in the cake and flower with Copics, then paper pieced the edge of the cake plate.  The pattern paper is from October Afternoon.
