Nicola's Sketch #2

If you go over to Nicola's blog www.mypaperworld.blogspot.com this is sketch #2, that I played around with. Its a fun sketch, so go check her out, she has a few sample idea cards to get your creativity flowing :) Sketches are great when you are having mojo block.
Materials used:
River Rock cardstock by SU, Ginger blossom designer paper by SU, Images from SU sets, Heartfelt Thanks and Sweet Shapes, Cameo Coral ink, Black Stazon ink, Mellow Moss ink, Chocolate Chip satin ribbon, white chipboard from Crafty Secrets, white flowers from Prima, silver brads by MM, Cuttlebug textile embossing folder

Latisha, I do so love that background too. I don't have a cuttlebug so have to emboss by hand, so I really can't work out how you have done all that but the effect is stunning.
So your husband flies helicoptors! We both fly model helicoptors, they are not the easiest thing to learn.....! Does he fly a Piper Cub because he likes scale models?
Anyway my turn to ramble on now....X

oh wow, WOW, wooOOOoow!!!

i think i might just NEED a cuttlebug! when i saw those embossed panels i thought they were very thin sheets of painted metal...they are AWESOME! as are: the contrasting horizontal strip, the flower accents, the metallic brads...ok, turns out *EVERYTHING* about this card is awesome. everything!!! (wow!)
