Lawn Fawn: Just For You

You know how you plan out a card in your head, and sometimes it doesn't work out, but sometimes it turns out better than what was in your head?  This is todays card.  I love it when cards are easy to create.  The Lawn Fawn designers are showcasing the Just For You stamp set, and Just for You labels stamp set & coordinating dies.  If you click on over to the Lawn Fawn blog, all of the projects are all there in one spot, as well as you get a chance to win todays products!

These two stamp sets and dies are amazing, you really need to go check out all of the projects that the designers did, because they are all so different, cool and used in really neat ways.

First of all, can we just talk about the LF card stock?  Dude the 10 colors are so pretty, bright and fun...they make me happy.

The little scalloped circle were created by using VersaMark ink, stamping the scalloped circle stamp onto the solid card stock and die cutting it out using the coordinating die.  Sometime when you use the same color ink pad, the ink blends into the card stock.  I wanted the stamp to show up a little bolder, thats why i chose to use the VersaMark.
Each sliver of the card stock is cut 1/4 inch wide, and then adhered down onto the card base.  The scalloped circles were adhered down using foam squares, and so were the mailbox and card (which were colored in with Copic markers)

LOL, Latisha, I am glad I am not the only one who has a card turn out differently than planned. A bonus when its better than your original plan. Haha.
I don't know what your original plan was but this IS fantastic. Good job!
