GinaK Inspiration Hop, Day 2

The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! To see the full list of winners check the Big News forum at Stamp TV a few days after the hops.

Up first is a card I made using Theresa's newest set called, The Northwoods.  It is a great set, especially for making masculine cards.  The pattern paper is from JilliBean Soup, I added a doily I had around and decided that is where I wanted to stamp the tree.  I have been in love with this ribbon for years, and don't use it very often, so a big bow was in order for this card as well.

Up next is a fun/fresh card I made using Becky's latest stamp set, called Poster Board Sentiments.  I know this set is going to become a staple in my card making.  The sentiments are seriously the bomb...so perfect.  I was going for a gradient look to with my sentiment, and it does look that way in person, but for some reason in the photo the sentiment just looks like I stamped it wrong lol.

\The first card has an elegance because of the off-centered doily while the second takes on a clean, almost graphic feel. Both are just wonderful.

The thinking of you card with the bow, is absolutely beautiful. I love the stamping and embossing technique you used on the front of the card.
I also like the way you designed the next card with the paper to look like ribbons. What a great idea.
