Dogs Vol. 1

Welcome to Sketch Challenge 80 and the release of Dogs Vol 1! If you just came from the Skipping Stones blog, you are in the right place.  If you just happened along my blog today, start at the beginning of the hop at Skipping Stones Design.  The entire hop order is there and you can hop from blog to blog with ease.

Be sure to hop along and leave comments on all the fabulous designers blogs.  This month we are welcoming the super talented Dina Kowal and Karn Akesdotter (and myself) to our team as Guest Designers! I will be providing all the fabulous sketch inspiration this month including the awesome sketch we're using in today's hop!

Head over to Ann's blog for some more Skipping Stones Design inspiration!

I have to say, if you are a dog/animal lover...the sentiments alone will have you wanting this set.  Some are just beyond hilarious!  For my card, I used some Echo Park paper and stickers, that I stamped on.  After I stamped the hydrant and colored it in.  I placed a mask over it, so I could stamp the paw prints.  I couldn't find any of my masking Eclipse tape or post its, so I just used card stock. That little panel was adhered to the card using foam tape.  I then took out a Canvas Corps mini clothes pin, attached it to the top, and added some bakers twine to it.  I stamped the sentiment onto a sticker, then adhered it to the card using foam tape as well.  To finish the card off, I added pearls in the corner, and rounded the bottom corners.
