Hello friends! I am sharing a sneak peek at one of the new products releasing in April from Technique Tuesday . Its a border tulip die. It cuts the silhouette of a tulip off the edge of card stock! I added water color to the inside of the tulip, but you could certainly add ink with a sponge dauber, copic markers or even leave in plain. So many possibilities!!
