I absolutely love this incentive stamp.  Although there are only two stamps in this set, I could use them for so many cards!  This set of flowers just really makes me happy.  I stamped the flowers in the Sweet Corn ink, and then added yellow stickles to the center.  I don't know if you can see it well or not, but the card base is this really deep shade of purple that I'm totally digging (its in the StampTV kit yay!). For my first card that I am showing you today, I used the set called Simple Flowers by Tami.  I love how Tami always keeps the stamper in mind in all of her stamp sets.  It makes creating beautiful stamped cards so easy (thank you Tami).  I love the Sweet Corn ink pad color, so that was the start of my card, so I just coordinated everything around the pretty yellow color.  A little note, I did not condition these stamps at all.  I stamped them with the new GinaK...

With Mother's Day this coming weekend, and my children's school district honoring teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week, I have a need for a lot of tags, to put on gifts.  So, today I am going to share a few tags I made using the Bold Blooms set from Becky, and the Pretty Patterns 2 set from Melanie. Today's blog hop, is dedicated to my fellow Gina K designer, Sean Fetterman.  Yesterday, he suffered a heart attack, and is in the hospital recovering.  If you are in the mood to send out good/happy/thoughts/prayers, keep him in mind.  When you first join a design team, it is kind of like your first day of High School.  You don't know who is going to be in your classes, will you have lunch with any of your friends, will people like you? ...it is all of the angst and anxiety, of wanting to be liked an accepted.  I know that sounds crazy, but its how I feel lol.  Well, from the second I joined the Gina K team, Sean has been such a cheerleader an always so supportive.  We have never met, but he feels like an old friend to me.  So when I learned of his heart attack, I was so sad, but more worried. Up first is a card I made using Theresa's newest set called, The Northwoods.  It is a great set, especially for making masculine cards.  The pattern paper is from JilliBean Soup, I added a doily I had around and decided that is where I wanted to stamp the tree.  I have been in love with this ribbon for years, and don't use it very often, so a big bow was in order for this card as well.
