Lawn Fawn: Lets Polka In The Dark

One of the newest pattern paper collections from Lawn Fawn is now available, and its called Let's Polka In The Dark.  It has deep fall colors, like green, black, purple etc... Perfect for all of your Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving projects!
Head on over to the Lawn Fawn Blog, where they are showing off this fun collection.  There are gifts, cards & scrapbook pages.  Plus you can comment to win a fabulous collection prize!

All of this week I have been using the Let's Polka In The Dark pattern paper on my projects.  However, here is another way to use the collection.  At first it appears to be for fall projects.  But with the red pattern paper, I turned it into a Christmas project.  So versatile for sure.

Instructions:
1. Diecut pattern paper using the Lawn Fawn pillow box die.
2. Adhere together with red line adhesive.
3. Diecut white cardstock using the small stitched dies.
4. Distress the leaves with ink. Adhere with foam squares.
5. Stamp/diecut the little images from the Lawn Fawn Holiday Party Animal set.
6. Color in the images.
7. Adhere to the pillow box.
8. Embellish with twine.

I have to say that I am IN LOVE with this pillow box but I really like the way you used the leaves in this Christmas design. I had to do a double-take when I saw them with the gingerbread, mug, ect. Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have a fantastic week.
