I'm showing another sneak of the May stamp set from Avocado Arts today. I decided to make a card base from pattern paper, for a cool look. Not all patterns will work with stamping on top of it, but if you play around, it is a lot of fun. Because of the texture of the paper, the pattern can add depth to your stamped images.
Here, I took some Lawn Fawn Bright Side pattern paper (the chevron kraft), created a card base, and then did simple stamping on the card front. Very basic, will only need one stamp to mail it, and pretty enough to put on a desk or shelf. So, it works for me.
