Fancy Folds

Today, the Flourishes design team are making cards using different folds.  For my card I did a criss cross card.  There is a wonderful tutorial on how to make this fold on SCS.  I used the Strawberries set for my sentiments, the card stock is Flourishes classic ivory, and the designer paper is the Wisteria line by Basic Grey.   This is a fairly easy fold to do, and its different than the usual standard card fold.  Head on over to the Flourishes Newsletter where Christine has a tutorial on different folds.  Mine is very simple as I'm battling a head cold, so be sure to visit the design teams blogs because they have some outstanding eye candy for you.

Oh, my goodness, that purple ribbon is to die for! I remember when this fold was all the rage on SCS, and I've never even tried it. I just love the Wisteria paper with the ribbon, and you found the perfect words to use on it. Hope you get better before you get worse, Latisha. I'll be thinking about you and wishing you well!
